You may click on the accept button/link below, after reading and accepting this disclaimer and the responsibility for the use of this information and pay the full amount on the citation via credit card. NO partial payments are accepted on line. PAYMENTS SHOULD BE OFFICIALLY POSTED WITHIN 72 HOURS (excluding weekends and state and county holidays/furlough days) OF YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT.

YOUR MANDATORY COURT APPEARANCE IS STILL REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN CHARGES. PAYMENT OF FINES BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR COURT DATE AND TIME DOES NOT RELIEVE ANYONE OF ANY MANDATORY COURT APPEARANCE FOR WHICH FAILURE TO APPEAR COULD RESULT IN A TRIAL IN THE ABSENCE OF THAT PERSON AND/OR THE ISSUANCE OF A BENCH WARRANT FOR THAT PERSON’S ARREST. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CHARGING DOCUMENT, BOND PAPERWORK, OR COURTESY SUMMONS SO AS TO COMPLY WITH ITS’CONDITIONS AND/OR TERMS.

ALL online payments must be made no less than 72 HOURS (excluding weekends and state and county holidays/furlough days) before your scheduled court date and time. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR FINE BEFORE YOUR COURT DATE AND TIME AND YOU ARE TRIED IN YOUR ABSENCE AND FOUND GUILTY, THAT YOUR FINE COULD BE DIFFERENT THAN THAT REFLECTED ON THE WEB SITE AND ADDITIONAL MONIES/PENALTIES/STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS COULD BE DUE. TO REITERATE, IF YOU PAY ONLINE AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED COURT DATE AND TIME AND YOUR BALANCE REFLECTS YOUR FINE IS PAID IN FULL, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE CASE. THERE COULD STILL BE ADDITIONAL FINES, PENALTIES, AND STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS THAT MAY APPLY AND THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE TRIAL COURT DIRECTLY AND ASCERTAIN THE OUTCOME OF YOUR CASE. ADDITIONALY, IF YOU MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE ON THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED COURT CASE, PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR TRIAL COURT THAT SAME DAY AND INFORM THEM OF SUCH.

Payment of your ticket/warrant online before your assigned trial date in no way affects your right to have a trial by a judge or, if you make a written request before your scheduled trial, by a jury.

If you are making an online payment for a bench warrant, you must also contact the trial court during normal business hours which are Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (weekends and state and county holidays/furlough days are excluded) to advise the Court of the payment so that the proper detention center discharges, court paperwork, and/or Sheriff’s Office correspondence may be processed. Without proper Court contact, the defendant may not be released and/or the bench warrant may not be recalled.

Please note that bonds for the Hill-Finklea Detention Center may not be paid online. Credit card payments for bonds will be accepted ONLY in person so that the payor can sign the bond.

There will be a $1.00 non-refundable portal fee added for each transaction and a 1.7% convenience fee added to the total fine paid. These fees are paid to The State of South Carolina (SCGOV) and will appear on your credit card/bank statement as such.
